This wedding was photographed at Sunrise Springs in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The bride and groom have a special place in my heart as they are my brother-in-law and new sister-in-law. Instead of a large wedding party, the couple included all of their nieces and nephews in the wedding.
Children bring such wonderful light-hearted feelings to wedding ceremonies. I love the possibility of the unknown that children bring to any event, but, especially weddings. Josh & Kim were surprised with a butterfly release that took place during their ceremony. More wonderful than watching the butterflies fly away, was how the children reacted when releasing them.
